Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in is via Google or Apple.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; by starting a digital subscription you may consent to immediate access. See your local consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The app, its content and brand belong to SwiftHaul LLC. Your personal readings are yours to use personally.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Readings are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the content.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
