Delete your account and data

Delete inside the app

Open Luna → Profile → “Delete account” → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to swifthaullc@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, profile photo), your birth data, all generated readings and forecasts, your chat history with Luna and everything she remembered about you, your streak, and your referral code. Nothing of it is recoverable afterwards.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of payments (amount, date, transaction id — no card data) are kept for up to 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. They are not linked to your readings or conversations.

Server logs with technical data may persist for up to 30 days in backups, after which they are overwritten.

Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in Google Play or the App Store — subscriptions are managed by the store. Cancel it there, otherwise renewals continue.
