Who we are

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and profile photo, provided through Google (or Apple) sign-in.

Birth data you enter: date, and optionally time and place of birth — used only to generate your readings.

Usage data: your readings, chat messages with the assistant, and which sections you open.

Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never receive or store your card number.

Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and basic logs.

Why we use it

To create and personalize your readings and conversations.

To remember your preferences and history between sessions.

To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with (processors)

Google / Apple — sign-in only.

Anthropic — generates the text of your readings and chat (your prompt is sent for processing).

ElevenLabs — generates voice audio from the text we send.

Stripe — processes payments.

PostHog — product analytics, loaded only after your cookie consent.

Our hosting provider — stores the app and database.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our processors operate in the US and the EU. Where data of EU/UK users is transferred outside the EEA, it is done under the safeguards allowed by GDPR (standard contractual clauses with our processors).

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/UK you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to processing. Write to swifthaullc@gmail.com.

Children

Luna is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
