LunaWhere your strength is
Discipline without an opponent. You keep going when there is no one to compare yourself to and no one to see it, which is precisely where most people stop.
What comes harder
April builds with others. Alone you reach your own ceiling and press against it for years, when a coach, a partner or a team would have moved it in a month.
One thing to try
Bring someone into your solo practice once, for one session and not for good.
