June 28 zodiac sign: Cancer, day arcana and character

Born on June 28

June 28 is a Cancer date with month arcana 6 (The Lovers). Its day arcana is 10 (Wheel of Fortune) rather than 28, since the deck stops at twenty-two and 2+8 is what remains. You have made a home four or five times over - different cities, different flats, different people in them - and each one smelled like home inside a month. Cancer rebuilds the nest at every stop, and the wheel behind this date keeps supplying the stops.

Where your strength is

You settle fast. What you carry is not furniture but a way of running a day - the Sunday habit, the shelf where keys go, the meal you always make first - and that turns out to be portable in a way that possessions are not.

What comes harder

People move more slowly than objects. You are already at home while the people who came with you are not, and their lag reads to you as reluctance rather than grief.

One thing to try

Ask whoever went through your last big change how it was for them, then stay quiet for the whole answer.

Frequently asked questions

How many arcana are there altogether?

Twenty-two major arcana. This page uses two of them, the ones drawn from the day and the month; the full calculation brings in the birth year as well and fills considerably more positions.

Is this the same as a star sign?

No. The zodiac sign comes from astrology, the arcana from the destiny matrix. They describe different things and do not contradict each other: the sign speaks about temperament, the arcana about how you move.

How does 28 turn into 10?

By adding the digits together: 2+8. The deck does not run past twenty-two, and the same rule applies to every date after the 22nd. Arcana 10 is Wheel of Fortune.

The destiny matrix is a language for self-reflection, not a prediction. The choices stay yours.
