Why the element of Aries decides how this Moon calms down

Aries runs on fire, in the cardinal mode, under Mars. Sitting still with a bad mood does not work here. The reset is physical: a fast walk, cold water, a flight of stairs taken twice, anything that gives the feeling somewhere to go. Ten minutes of that and the whole thing looks smaller. Being handed a task also helps, which surprises people offering sympathy instead. Talk afterwards, not during.
